Some leftover fries, tuna, a leftover hot dog bun, some leftover caesar salad dressing I mixed with djon mustard to make some sorta tarta sauce.

  1. Dijon mustard and tartar sauce are nowhere near equivalent, but this is still a smash, especially because the fries look seasoned and the bun looks toasted.

    I do one with a brioche hamburger bun, frozen filets, and white American cheese topped with an onion ring or two and some good tartar sauce.
